Our first team win of the year. Great job players, especially Dylan and Nation for sweeping their matches in singles and doubles and getting their first wins of the year. Congrats to Marshall for making himself eligible today so that his match counted in favor of the team. Tough matches for Landon but he ripped a few groundstrokes that the opposing player wasn't able to handle in singles and doubles; definitely a positive to build on. Nation and Dylan showed some great reflexes in doubles volleys as did Maguire in saving himself from bodily harm when a screaming forehead came at his head while playing net. Levi survived a tough comeback from his opponent with a powerful serve but did well in getting the ball in play and waiting for his opponent to make a mistake. Glad the team enjoyed their first victory today!
