Coach's Challenge
At the end of the year, at the final practice, I will give the Varsity 1 and 2 players an option to "Defeat the Coach!" in a 12-point tiebreak (Two against One). If they win, I will award them each a $25 gift card to a restaurant of their choice.
We were able to complete this Challenge Match at the last practice and while Karson and Kyler not only were playing for themselves, they were also playing for their team that opted to watch. Based on the spectators I changed it to a pizza party for all if they could "Defeat the Coach!" They did their best, but Coach prevailed. I gotta say, I think I had more fun listening to my team cheer against me for every shot I missed!
